95% of my other actions were positive. The gal who helped at the end when the car was given back was weird and oddly confrontational. Was a truly bizarre episode and a stain on an otherwise positive experience

Tag has always been our default, but I think I would try somewhere else next time. The credit card fee, offering no additional discounts when paying cash (and not requiring insurance process). We learned a lot as well, but there are lots of shops in town. We did get an additional discount whe my husband asked to match the reimbursement rate from our insurance after our quote doubled
