Repair took longer than expected

there were 2-3 times I was told I will get a text or call for status of pick up or progress of repair & none happened; repair of dented R front door should have taken a week but ended up almost 3 weeks because of failure & replacement of ecu; cause of ecu failure was not exactly identified, just theories given.

What an AMAZING staff you have! From the time I walked in, to the updated texts from the technicians, to a week and a half later the gal up front called me by NAME as I walked in.
