Their wasn't a day that went by and they didn't communicate with me. Which was good because my insurance company was not being vet professional. After 2 full weeks i picked my truck up today looking perfect. Tag has been there for years. I think my father used then in the past also. They're just a10 minute walk from home so it wasn't even a discussion over where i would take the truck for repair.

Sabrina was great helping me think through the pros and cons of going in/out network of my insurance. I ended up going with Tag and do not regret it one bit. Work was completed timely, communication on parts and repair updates was fantastic and it was a seamless integration between state farm and Tag. Thank you for the great work and hopefully I will not need future collision repair but if I did I know tag will take care of me.
