The Tate representative present when I picked up the car and made payment was rude, arrogant, and stone deaf to my complaint. I did not understand cash to mean currency—I have paid by credit card before to avoid an insurance claim and understood that to mean personal credit card was cash because the insurance did not have to be billed. His response was “I don’t make change.” If I see him again, I am going somewhere else. John
