Don, Michelle, Jacob, and the team were great! Our car looks fantastic (as good as new). Don and Jacob kept us in the loop as time progressed on with the parts and such, returned phone calls promptly, and were basically amazing. They also recommended us to a local mechanic for engine repair and they had nothing but good to say about Tate's. While hopefully we'll never have to see them again, if we hit another deer, we're coming to Tate's!
