I was not satisfied with the Enterprise Rental service. They did not meet me on time (45 minutes late) and there was confusion as to how to return the car. Team Chevrolet took care of the return for me.

Your team was fantastic from initial Jacklyn taking me in processing to check out with Shawn everyone did a great job. Team Chevy really impressed me with the friendly laid back folks and going above and beyond on the repair work to "get it right" the first time. The workmanship was first rate. The issue was with the muffler work that was sent out to "Cliffs Care Care". The muffler came back inches off center and should have never left Cliffs like that. Team Chevy agreed with me and sent car back and got it right. I used Cliffs in past 15 years but last year stopped to to issues with quality control. They got too big too fast and quality has suffered. I am a family friend of Cliffs son also. I go to Battlefield now. I wanted to say thanks to the team over there for all your help and I will be a return customer for all my collision repairs in the future. Great Job! Cheers and Merry Christmas!
