The bumper cover was not resurfaced and when I showed it to the employee he told me that the bumper was not taken off and stated the damage was to another area. I informed him that I was present when the damage occurred and the driver of the other car front fender was stuck underneath my bumper which is why that area is scuffed in the beginning. Also, it was told to Team Collision by yours truly prior to bringing the vehicle in that there is a mechanical issue also needing to be addressed. This same employee (black male with thick eyeglasses) reported to the insurance company that there were no mechanical issues and when I arrived to pick up my car it would not start. He also stated that the vehicle behaved strangely when he first got into it. I feel as if I was called a liar when I have no reason to lie about such. I have an appointment with the dealership to have this issue addressed appropriately and professionally. I will NOT refer Team Collision to anyone that I know nor will I use them again
