My car was not fixed properly. I'm shocked that a place recommended by my insurance would allow a vehicle to leave their shop in poor condition and be perfectly fine with it.

Never once did I meet anyone who was involved in the repairs of my vehicle until I had to bring the vehicle back because the repairs were not done right the first time. My vehicle still is not repaired.
