My wife drove to the shop 2 times to get her car after being told to pick up her car by the shop and it wasnt ready.thats right not fixed, when i left w/ the military 2 weeeks ago the car still wasnt completly repaired, plus thge individual at your shop that was dealing w/ us went on vacation and they didnt let anyone at the shop know anything about our vehicle.

the updates throughout the repair process were fabulous and the attention to detail was incredible. my sons toys that we assumed were lost in the car we're even found and left for us. the car was immaculate when picked up and it took no time at all to check out and get my car.

Didnt start work on my car until 4-5 days after it sat at their shop. Then told the insurance company it took 3-4 days to do the repair. I was stuck paying about 13 days for a rental
