Told car be ready on Friday. Got a call night before it was supposed to be ready and said it will be ready on Friday at 4pm. I called that Friday at 1:30pm to double check b/c I lined up a taxi to drop me off. I was told sorry not ready. We forgot to change windshield. Might be ready on Monday at 4. Went all weekend w/o car and had to change my plans.
