This is my second time having work done on one of my vehicles at Team Collision, and both experiences have been very positive. Jonathan carefully inspected my car and gave me a clear and accurate explanation of the repairs that were needed. He also provided a quote and explained that once the damage was fully taken apart, there could possibly be additional parts needed for the repair process. He estimated that the repairs would take about five days once the parts arrived, and that timeline was communicated well. Quentin, the customer service representative, did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process. He kept me informed about the stage my vehicle was in and let me know when additional parts were needed to complete the repairs. He also contacted me promptly when my car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my vehicle, I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that my car had been cleaned inside and out. That extra attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Overall, I had another great experience with Team Collision and would definitely return again if needed.
