Communication was lacking. Other than brief text updates, I received no information unless I called. Information seemed to not be complete at times because new items would be mentioned on different calls. This was important because my time estimate was 3 weeks but it extended to 6 weeks. Staff was friendly when I called.

Team Collision Team was very efficient in their repair process. I brought my vehicle in to be be estimated for parts. Since it was drivable, I was able to keep my vehicle until parts arrived and then dropped it off. My estimator was in communication with me throughout the repair with updates on progress.
