I was satisfied with the repairs of my vehicle. There were no dents on the vehicle beforehand therefore, my car look brand new. The cleaning inside and out was immaculate. You guys did really good with the repairs.

I selected a 10, but honestly, I wish I could rate higher. Jonathan provided exceptional service throughout my entire repair process. He kept me informed every step of the way, from ordering parts to the painting and completion timeline and delivered exactly what he promised. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked absolutely amazing—like new inside and out. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly set him apart. I later learned he has a military background, and it shows in his discipline and excellence. Because of Jonathan, I chose your company over others recommended by my insurance, and I’m so glad I did. Even the staff supporting transportation reflected the same level of care, even to a point of asking me who was handling my vehicle. When I told the gentleman Jonathan was, he assured me, I was in good hands. He never said anything bad about anyone else, but I believe he likes Jonathan just as much as I do now...
