Tony and crew were over the top accommodating. Kept me informed through the entire process, making sure that Progressive was being held to the standard that he would expect of it were his own car! I would recommend that anyone who is unlucky enough to have to use a body shop definitely use Ted’s Auto Body.

Everything was good but the person working on my car didn’t check the bolts on the drivers side mirror and it was loose on the drive home. Took car back and they fixed it fast.

A right tail light was part of the repair. When I got it home had to put in tail light bulbs and license plate bulbs. And the bumper was replaced. I was not impressed. Should not passed post scan or a final inspection. But the body and paint were outstanding. So I have mixed feelings about it.

Had several lights on the dash, message board. right tail light error, license plate open circuit. Exactly what was worked on. Post scan should have addressed this. But did not. Should never got out the door like that. But the body work and paint especially the blended color were done very nice. Thanks you, Tim
