Got my vehicle in faster than anticipated. Worked well with my insurance. You gave me better updates than my insurance did. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. For someone who had never been in an accident before you guys sure made the process a whole lot less painful.

I really appreciate how Knick searched out reasonably priced parts and worked with the technicians on ways to lower the price of the repair, without sacrificing drivability and aesthetics. I may be biased, but the repair was excellent. Eric was caring, professional and very matriculas. When a after market part was ordered by no fault of Eric, he knew that part was not going to fit and requested the correct part as it should have been in the beginning. He truly cares about the product he sends out. Trust me on that one!
