I thought Ted's did an excellent job on my significant repair. They were informative and professional and looked out for my interests even when the insurance company was recommending a repair in an approach that was not in line with Ted or the manufacturer's standards. That was greatly appreciated.

Loved being updated frequently. I have mobility issues. Especially my spine. The washed my windows which I have begged my daughter to do for months. They vacuumed my floor and cleaned my floor mats! I got in the car and almost cried because I can’t do it myself! Then I noticed a long scratched on the side of my car had disappeared that bugged the heck out of me! You will never know how grateful I am!
