I have used Ted's multiple times and until this service have always had a great experience. Attention to detail was a little lacking this time. A socked was left in the headliner and in the back, the headliner was not tucked under the rubber seal so I had to do that myself. You got me in quickly to resolve the socket in the headliner issue which was appreciated but it was not the level of service I have had in the past.
