I was unhappy with the inaccurate completion time. I was given a completion date of 4/7. All my updates said 4/7 still. On 4/1 I was told it was 52% done. On 4/2 I was told still on track for 4/7. Then on 4/3, the Friday before Easter, I'm called at 4:00pm & told its ready & they close at 5. I'm a nurse & can't just take off whenever I want. I had to wait until Monday, drive to Telesis, leave my car & drive back to the rental place & wait for a ride back to Telesis because they didn't offer a ride to the rental place. Not convenient.
