This place met way past my expectations, right when i walked through the door i was greeted by Rina who was so sweet and helpful! My Advisor Matt Workman was absolutely wonderful. He made me very relaxed and confident in the repair and the result was fantastic. He explained everything to me very well and made sure my car was ready under 4 days as he promised. He had the parts pre-ordered, so when I dropped it off on Tuesday, he made sure it was ready for pickup on Friday of the same week. The work done was very good that I immediately forgot the accident and it felt like my car was brand new again. The receptionist was very nice and caring as well. I would say my entire business with Texas Collision at West Plano Parkway was wonderful and commendable. I would surely recommend them to anyone needing repair services. I give Matt and his team, a 10/10. Thank you guys for the work done. It was much appreciated.

This place is just different. They used authentic Mazda parts and they did a great painting job. The car looks like before the accident.

It was a very easy … they even arranged our rental car … when we returned we just left the rental w them. The car looks amazing and the repair was very quick. We got messages every few days on the progress! Highly recommend!
