Very courteous team guided me through the process of repair and answered all of my questions. I’ve never had a vehicle accident before so really didn’t know what to expect from repair service. I was very pleased with the Texas Collision team and would not hesitate to use them again, although I hope that will not be necessary. From the drop off to the pick up of my repaired car it was a smooth, stressless transaction. I did have a few questions and they were answered in a timely manner. The down time was minimal, the repair looks fantastic and they delivered me a freshly washed vehicle. I hope to not need their service again, but if I do I know where I will take it!

The shop was instructed to remove a sticker from the rear hatched, didn't took place. The shop was also instructed to install manufacturer sideways moldings to prevent side door dings, also didn't do.
