Yolanda and Clint were wonderful from start to finish! Yeraldy was our Service Advisor. Yeraldy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She explained everything clearly, kept us thoroughly updated throughout the entire repair process, and provided truly top-notch service from beginning to end. We typically have our vehicles serviced and repaired through Sewell and have always appreciated the level of care and customer service we receive there. Because of our insurance, we were directed to Texas Collision Centers for this repair instead. I can genuinely say that Yeraldy provided us with the same level of service and attention we’ve come to expect from Sewell. She went above and beyond, made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. We highly recommend Yeraldy and are so appreciative of the care she gave us. Our vehicle looks great.
