There is never a great experience of being involved in an accident or parting with a vehicle for any period of time. However, you just hope that the work will be handled in a professional manner and as promptly as possible. Communication was good during the process. It took longer than I’d hoped but thus is the current state of the parts market. Supply chains appear stressed in almost every industry. All said the car looks good and the service was courteous.

Chris was phenomenal, quick to answer any questions, great communication, he made the whole process seamless. Never thought I would experience this sort of customer service getting my car repaired. The girl at the first desk was always a delight too! She seems very happy to be there.
