I had taken my 2022 Toyota 4Runner to this Texas Collision Center in Dallas. From the beginning to the end was an exceptional experience! I had a large portion of the driver side repaired. The amount of time along with the quality of the job was pro-efficient. The companies agent Kris along with Sam took great care of me through the whole process! This location has a very kind staff working and repairing vehicles to a brand new condition! You wouldn’t ever think my vehicle had any issues with how smoothly it’s running along with the flawless paint work! Thank you so much TCC!!

Joe and the team did an amazing job repairing my truck. They were excellent with communicating status updates to me multiple times a week and speak to me in terms that were simple but not patronizing. Everything from scheduling, to drop-off and pick-up of my vehicle was quick & efficient! I appreciate how easy it was to book my appointment and get my rental car reserved. Additionally, Texas Collision worked with Enterprise to coordinate my shuttle pick-up when I dropped my car off, and when I picked it up I was simply able to head straight to Texas Collision, hand over the rental car keys, and they took care of the rest. They turned a less than desirable experience into one that was painless.
