Totally satisfied - the quality of service was top notch. The staff at Texas collision were professional, friendly, and informative. Everything from scheduling, to drop-off and pick-up of my vehicle was quick & efficient! I appreciate how easy it was to book my appointment and get my rental car reserved. Additionally, Texas Collision worked with Enterprise to coordinate my shuttle pick-up when I dropped my car off, and when I picked it up I was simply able to head straight to Texas Collision, hand over the rental car keys, and they took care of the rest. They turned a less than desirable experience into one that was painless.

Well everyone there was so nice from the first day I can't remember the receptionist name but she was very very nice and my rep Joe he was so nice he kept me informed everyday I appreciate the detail that they did to my car it was very well done everything was so nice everyone was so friendly I would go back for all my car needs I appreciate everyone can't say enough good things about them excellent job and excellent experience Texas Collision his first rate service and First Rate establishment

Joe from Texas Collision Center was so great! Truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken car of and that my car was done efficiently and with the upmost care. I will definitely be back to see Joe if anything else happens in the future. This was my first wreck, and Joe walked me through everything to make sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. I can't say enough great things about him and TCC!

From the initial call to see about bringing my car to pick up a week or so later, Customer Service and Communication have been top tier!
