From the moment we entered the facility until we picked up our vehicle on Thursday, July 16th, we experienced the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. I first have to thank Elizabeth who drove to my house to collect the key fob. (I have not been well, and didn't want to drive back to drop it off). I also met Val the day I brought the car in for review. Though we only interacted briefly, she was also courteous and professional, and gave a good impression of the quality service I would be receiving from TX Collision. When I brought the car in several days later for repair, Jesús was my assigned project manager. He did an outstanding job of keeping me updated on repair progress, and went above and beyond what was expected. When I picked up my car today, I was more than thrilled by the quality of the repair. The workmanship was excellent! You have a great team! I have had repair done by the dealership which did not meet the same standard! Kudos to you!

Not sure why you have not received the feedback, or why we keep getting the request to complete it? However, to sum up again, we we totally satisfied with the high quality of service, both from the people in the office - Elizabeth and Jesús, our designated representative. Jesús went over and above to accommodate us, and we are truly grateful. Also extremely satisfied with the quality of work by the repair staff.
