I worked very hard with TCC to select a date when our car could be completed when we didn’t need it. I was told it should only take a week. I even offered to pay upfront to have materials ordered prior to the date we selected but was told that wouldn’t be necessary. In the end not only was the car not completed in the time frame we discussed it went 5 days / 3 business days longer. Which created a lot of hassle and cost. In the end, I did appreciate that the car was delivered to us (so we didn’t have to pick it up) but that didn’t fully make up for all the hassle and cost of having to uber to work. Jesus apologized but that didn’t cover it either.

The customer service that I received from destiny was absolutely professional. She was very respectful. Resourceful, explained everything clear in detail very polite. She even got to my house when I had no one to come and get me. She's is the coolest?I really appreciate everything she done for me

Val was very informative and stayed professional and calm during the process but I do feel there was a lack of communication when it came to updates on my vehicle. Any information I got was because I called. Elizabeth in the front was very sweet and accommodating.
