The repairs were completed satisfactorily, but the customer service left much to be desired. The receptionist, Elisabet, frequently rushed me off the phone when I had questions, making it difficult to get the information I needed. In addition, other staff members were unprofessional and not accommodating when I sought assistance with returning my rental vehicle promptly to avoid extra fees. Although I am satisfied with the repairs, the communication and overall customer service experience need improvement.

I had an excellent experience with Texas Collision Centers from beginning to end. Everyone was kind, professional, and communicative throughout the repair process. They kept me updated with clear information and even provided detailed photos along the way, which I truly appreciated. The quality of the repair work was outstanding. The paint matched perfectly, the repairs looked seamless, and my vehicle looked pristine when returned to me. I was also pleasantly surprised by the extra care they took cleaning the inside of my car — it honestly looked shinier and cleaner than it has in a long time. Although additional damage was discovered once repairs began, the team took the time to complete everything properly rather than rushing the process, and the final result was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend Texas Collision Centers to friends and colleagues.
