I commend the staff for their professionalism. The McKinney branch office supported my initial visit to get personal items and gave me their initial opinions. I found the text updates with milestones very helpful during repair - not to often not to delayed. Richard from Arlington location worked hard to meet my travel timelines and kept my updated. Not only am I appreciative of the professional job that was done on my car, but the communication with staff was excellent! I was kept updated on the status of my car every step of the way. My car was a total wreck with my bumper being held on by duct tape. It really feels as though I have a brand new car with the way it looks now! It is such a weight lifted and I am so thankful that I brought my car here.

My entire experience, a Texas collision was outstanding. From the receptionist to Chris, who kept me abreast of all the repairs. They did an outstanding job. Even the popped a dent that we hadn’t even in the hood that was not in the original repair would highly recommend Texas collision to anyone and will be a repeat customer.
