Staff did an excellent job keeping me advised of the status of repairs, updates on approval or disapproval of supplemental repairs, coordinating transportation between the repair facility & Hertz rental car agency, & communicating with the insurance company to extend period of rental car contract. They were friendly & helpful at all times.
