It's hard to know where to begin in praising TCC. My vehicle was taken to them during a particularly dark time in my life, after it was broken into, vandalized, robbed, and left inoperable. The same day as the event, a tow-truck had been dispatched to retrieve my vehicle and TCC immediately set to work on it. Brian immediately contacted me to let me know what work would need to be done as well as provided me a timetable of how long it would take. He remained in constant communication with me during repairs and was always polite, informative, and sensitive to the situation. Repairs were done in a timely manner, and I'd never even know that the vehicle had been as damaged as it was when I got it back. Highly recommended.

From the time I entered the reception and waiting area, there was an overwhelming sense of comfort. The staff is friendly sky, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable. I was surprised at the extra effort taken with my vehicle repair. I had what visibly appeared to be minor damages but wasn’t sure if the impact caused damage I could not see. I never thought about the electronics/ sensors. The repairs were completed timely and I was kept updated with carwise Alina the way. Highly recommend!

I was blown away by Texas Collision Center. They went above and beyond in every way. They worked with my difficult schedule and were very generous in doing so. They were very welcoming, kind, and straightforward. They gave me updates every step of the way while they had my car, and walked me through it at pick-up. My car came back looking better than it has in a long time, inside and out. I was extremely impressed with their service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, trustworthy shop.
