This place is the most amazing place I've ever taken my vehicle to. I will recommend this place to everyone in my family and every friend that I have pretty much anybody who will listen. My experience was beyond 10 out of 10 and if I could give multiple ratings I would. I appreciate everything that was done for me and I truly love this car repair shop. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else as long as I live.

From the estimate to taking the car home after repairs were done, the experience was top notch. Really strong customer service and super rapid turnaround. They made it a seamless process, even helping handle transportation to the rental car place. I appreciated the complimentary beverages and snacks as well.

TC didnt do a complete assessment of the damage. Only addressed what was noted in adjuster note. No one from insurance company assess the damage so you can’t go what was noted by adjuster.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the work on my vehicle was about a 7 out of 10. The paint had imperfections, some parts weren’t installed correctly, and a few others were either broken or modified in ways that weren’t discussed beforehand. Overall, the customer service was good, but the workmanship needs more attention to detail to match it.
