I took my car in because I had got into a car wreck I was then told that I needed to pay an additional $534 out of pocket for repair that didn't have anything to do with the wreck I paid that amount and expected my car to come back in good standing the next day after receiving my car, my check engine light came on I proceeded to bring it back when I brought it back that Friday the light was cut off and I was told to check with my mechanic about it if the light came back on but because I paid the $534 my expectations were that my car will be in good running order it was not I end up bringing it back just to be told I would now have to pay an additional $654 which I did not have. before I picked up my car originally I was told that everything was checked out and everything was good but it is not so now I have to find a mechanic to finish the issues and I am now going to be out of a car again but this time I will have to pay for a rental on my own. The body work that was done was absolutely excellent and the customer service from Matthew was also great but I cannot act as if I am not disappointed that my car did not come back in good standing after being told that the 534 would fix the issue. Geico had already paid over $9,000 and so in total it was a little over $10,000 that was paid to Texas collision so I expected my car to be running and in good order all the way. Now I will be out of more money than I originally planned on.

The customer service and communication was great I just wish that the amount I was told to pay in order to fix the issue that the issue would have been fixed.
