Excellent customer services!! From the moment I walked in until I left the building. Front desk (Elizabeth), very professional and welcoming! Gary took care of me and ensure my car was fixed. Again, he was very professional and courteous. While I was waiting for my rental, another staff member came to offer me something to drink after bothering Elizabeth and Gary had offered. That says a lot from a true team! I loved the text messages that kept me posted on my vehicle. You all rock! Definitely a five star!!!

When I arrived, Elizabeth greeted me with a smile, 2 tokens for the vending machines, and an invitation to help myself to all the refreshments available while waiting for Jonathan. Jonathan took the time to sit with me and go over the problems with my car. Elizabeth notified Enterprise that I was there so that they could deliver my rental car. That was only the beginning. Jonathan kept me informed of the progress of the work on my car. When I returned to get my car, I was greeted with more smiles. Elizabeth took care of notifying Enterprise that I had returned the rental. Jonathan got refreshments from the vending machines for me and sat with me to go over the work and invoice. I felt welcomed, cared for, and comfortable during the entire process. Not only was the damaged door of my car repaired, but everything blended so that there is no indcation that there was ever any damage. My car was washed and cleaned inside and outside. It looked brand new! They also took care of notifying the insurance company and will bill them for the work. I will recommend Texas Collision Center on South Freeway in Fort Worth to everyone. Most certainly. Best service department I’ve ever been to. It’s like family taking care of all your problems for you. I love Sherry. I just felt right at home. No stress and no worries. She kept me updated. I love inside the building. Warm and inviting. Just like home only it smells better lol. And outside seems great too. Good location. I hope I never have another wreck, but I will be coming there if I do.

I have expressed that this place is great. However, I was told that I would have a new wheel but instead, the wheel was buffed to get the scratches out. Overall, the experience was good just better communication and organization when it came down to timeframes and deadlines.
