Very disappointed what insurance company quoted me yall were doing wasn't done and what yall submitted on invoice is in correct everything you quoted was not repaired im returning vehicle didn't get 10 minutes from shop front left side making noise front left tire shaking I'm not driving back to shop need to have it towed did yall even drive the car .Will dispute with PROGRESSIVE

Starting with Rose on the customer service counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Stephanie went over the accident damages on my truck that my auto insurance was responsible for and my personal repairs I was paying separately for. Stephanie kept me updated daily with progress reports and answering all my questions..My truck was returned to me detailed inside and out. I am 67 years old and this is best experience with auto body repair staff and high standards I believe I have ever experienced.
