I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful and above all they were very professional and knowledgable. Stephanie was super on top of things and updated me every step of the way throughout the process. Rose provided fantastic customer service as well. The whole process was very easy and efficient, and they have a beautiful facility as well. My car looked good as new when I picked it up. My truck came out perfect. Rose at the front desk was so sweet and Sam my advisor was attentive and knowledgeable. Jose, who did my repairs, was also so nice to meet. I appreciate how fast it was done. The text message updates did come through with a delay, which I told Sam about, however no issues at all.

All the staff was nice during the entire process. Stephanie kept me updated with every step and was super nice and professional.
