My truck came out perfect. Rose at the front desk was so sweet and Sam my advisor was attentive and knowledgeable. Jose, who did my repairs, was also so nice to meet. I appreciate how fast it was done. The text message updates did come through with a delay, which I told Sam about, however no issues at all.

All the staff was nice during the entire process. Stephanie kept me updated with every step and was super nice and professional. I chose them strictly off the the reviews online and I see exactly why they’re so high ranking. The facility was clean, they made sure my car was clean and looks back to normal.

My truck looked like new when I picked it up. Not only did the repairs look fabulous but they washed my truck and vacuumed the interior. My service guy Sam kept me up to date on the repairs as they were completed. You couldn’t ask for a better group of people to take care of you!

The gap was not fixed. By the trunk. This was the main issue with the wreck. Sam told me it was not able to be fixed. Just wondering if this was because insurance did not want to pay to fix it the right way. Sam did explain it well. My only concern is when you take it a collision place they promise to make sure the vehicle would be in the state it was before. Thank you.
