Really did good job keeping me posted on status of repair and came thru exactly as they promised. To USAA I would say you are a much better repair source than when I was sent to Vandergriff when I ran over a steel item dropped off 28 wheeler several years ago

I was met with very friendly staff at the service desk when I brought my car in and when I came to pick it up 5 days later. The service advisor kept me informed of the repair status throughout the week which I was grateful. He also thoroughly explained what all had been completed with the repairs. The car looked good as new! Great work by the painter and body technician!!

Loved the open line of communication. I work nights so it's not easy to talk during business hours while I sleep so being able to text before I go to sleep and get a text update when I wake up is wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
