I waited a month for my appointment. Once I dropped my car off, they told me they had to order the parts for my car. I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, so I wouldn’t consider it to be too old of a car. It’s also a Hyundai dealership body shop, so I assumed they would have a basic grill and bumper in stock. Next thing I know, it takes two weeks for them to install the parts on my car. They didn’t tell me beforehand that they didn’t have the parts; they waited until I had given them the car. I was without a car for two weeks, and I had the absolute hardest time getting to work. They offered me a rental car, but it was too expensive. I finally go to pick up my car, and I didn’t get an apology whatsoever for them having my car for 2 weeks; I didn’t receive any coupons for my inconvenience either. I was about to drive out of the parking lot when I realized my back rear tire was almost FLAT. Again, the dealership didn’t tell me at all that my tire was low. I walk back inside and inform them that my car tire was almost flat, and they offered to inflate it. The body shop workers said that I had a nail in my tire. I asked if they could plug it, since they are a body shop at a HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. They told me they didn’t have the supplies and that I would need to go somewhere else to fix it.
