I went to the Body shop to get an estimate 2 to 3 years ago. Sierra was very helpful and polite and answered any questions that I had. Mia was very helpful , polite, and attentive when I went to get another estimate. When I dropped off my car.Allan was very attentive and polite I believe Sierra painted my car. She did an exceptional job. Love it. The staff is young and it’s hard nowadays to find hard workers like your staff at that age. I can tell they are eager to do their best and love their job. I am happy with all facets of my interaction during the repair of my Subaru. From the moment I contacted The Body Shop to inquire about how the repair process commences, to the final delivery of my repaired car, my experience was a positive one. Mia was excellent upon my car's intake and with providing me updates throughout the process and delivering my beautiful Olive (car) back to me. The diligence the shop personnel demonstrated in getting my car's quality parts for repairs and the workmanship in performing the actual repairs was phenomenal.
