They forgot to put a part on the car at the body shop, and while driving it, some of the front parts broke. They agreed to come pick up the car to fix it.

The car has functioning fog lights before the incident but the shop manager suggested that due to the age of the car he didn’t believe they were working so they were not going to connect the one the shop replaced. The automatic switch for the headlights no longer works either so I have to be turning the headlights on/off or the headlights will remain on all the time. The passenger side of the bumper is not aligned properly with the headlight and is sticking out a bit. I was really belittled by this gentleman and his remarks of how long I had owned this car and if I was sure the fog lights worked. I told him that once I bought the car I had them installed and the harness was no longer intact after the incident since half of the bumper was missing. He refused to assist me and told me to take that up with the insurance company. The itemized charge for 1 fog light was $90 when the pair is way less yet his demeanor and belittling leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth over this company.
