I cant say enough about thompson. I work at Mike breeding state farm and thompson is the only body shop we recommend. I've personally now and to use them twice for my insurance claims and frankly their work and business ethics are the best in the Springfield area.

This is the second time I have had a vehicle repaired by Thompson, and of the few times I have had to have vehicles repaired, Thompson has been my top pick. In fact, the first time, and the reason I chose Thompson this time was the fact that during a previous claim I mentioned concerns about scratches done on both sides of my vehicle. The individual mentioned that it would simply take a “buffing” to get them removed. I was extremely surprised when I picked up my vehicle after the claimed repair was done to find that Thompson took the time to buff out those scratches. I have recommended Thompson to others since.

Rear bumper looks great. Tailpipes look straight from back-side view. Didn’t really have a look at entire exhaust system from underneath the car but I assume it’s OK. Actually received the car back from repairs one day (Thursday, Jan. 29) BEFORE the scheduled return date (Friday, Jan. 30). Also the availability and prompt feedback from Steve Coble and Ashley in the Collision Center was very good, courteous and noticeable. All-in-all I would recommend the Thompson Collision Center to my friends in the future.

My truck looks AMAZING!!! I was going to go with a 9/10 (ONLY bc my radio antenna was not re-attached) BUT the inside of my truck was a disaster when I dropped it off, so I can see how they might have lost track of it after removing it to work on the body damage. And that detail has nothing to do with the repair job itself. The body of my truck looks wonderful! You guys did such a fantastic job. Thank you so much!!!
