I was very impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. My repairs were begun on the date they gave me and finished ahead of time. I cannot speak more highly of them and would recommend them to anyone needing repair work done. It was a pleasure doing business with Thompson Collision. It looks like it never happened…as promised!

Workmanship appears good although I have not had time to look closely. Disappointed that a used forward quarter panel was going to be used despite my requesting original parts and only didnt happen because the part was damaged in taking it off the wrecked car. I was not told that insurance company can override customer wish for new parts. Other driver was at fault and my wishes should override other driver's insurance company since they were at fault.

Bobby I believe was name of person I was working with. He was professional and courteous. Only complaint was comment about used parts and keys not being given to service desk on Saturday only a day after I asked that it be done so I could pick up Saturday. It was fortunate that I called service Saturday morning to check to make sure keys were with service or there would have been no keys with service for me to be able to pick it up in the afternoon.

Steve was very friendly and informational. Also, Bob Morgan was kind and friendly… he parked my car for me because it was raining so hard. The estimate for my car was $6000.00 and total cost was $7,647.32. I paid $1,000.00 and State Farm paid the rest. Could I have the paint $50.00 left to use for touch up? Thank you and God Bless. I appreciated the clean car in and out and feel like I am driving a new one not one from 2015! 👍😊
