Overall satisfied with the repairs. Communication was good. Repairs took longer than I expected. Left with a drained battery which I had to purchase a new one a few days later.

In regards to this shop the only part I was completely satisfied with was with the friendliness of the front desk person. She was very helpful. For starters they kept my car for a month and everytime I called to check the status,weekly, there was no expected date of completion, just " we'll call you when ready". The adjuster Mark was no help at all. On the Friday that my car was supposed to be done he again sent me an email saying it's not ready and we will call you. Ironically when I replied back copying my attorney saying this was unacceptable magically they were done Monday but didn't let me know until after the shop closed. Then when went to pick up my car the couldn't find it for almost 20 minutes.
