Pieces of my trunk were misplaced. The cargo net anchors were misplaced. The plastic liner inside of the trunk layered was not. Attached And all the components were not working upon picking the car out that we're working when I drop the car off. I reported to incident to management and they told me that they will begin back to me as of today. I still haven't heard anything from management on. Rectifying the problems.

It was unfortunate to be caught in the middle of the GM strike. It made for a very long wait for the parts. Once they came, the work was performed exceptionally and without hesitation.

The vehicle was returned with a deep scratch that was not there before and tint was damaged. I was told I would get a call from the tint company you guys use for repair and still NOTHING! Communication was horrible. I have used you guys in the past and was always very pleased. This time not at all
