I think you all did a great job overall, but there were a few things you could have done better. Since I was in need of a rental, you could have set up the reservation when I made my appointment. Also, the insurance companies were calling me for information you could have given them. As this was my first accident, it would have been helpful to have experienced people helping me through this process. But otherwise, the car looks great, you finished a day ahead of schedule, and everyone was very pleasant. Thank you so much!

Not sure I would recommend them for some of the mechanical work but have generally had good experiences there with body work.
