It is unfortunate that one small items such as i have described takes me from wholly recomending this repair shop to advising against. As a physician, i feel i must relate my experience and be honest about all that transpired. I cannot in good faith suggest to others that they entrust their vehicles to Thompson collision with what happend to me.

When i got home form picking up my car I realized my car mats were missing. i asked the repair shop to search for them and they said they couldn't find them. After several emails trying to get some resolution, i felt that my problem was not being taken seriously and waisting more of my time than needed. I also felt they did not believe me. The mats cost only 127$ and the repair was 2900$. I never heard back form the manager and only corresponded with the person who toke the initial quote. Overall dissatisfied due to lack of concern or customer service on this end.
