When I went in for my estimate, they said it would be about 30 minutes and I was there 90. I had to get a manager involved. They laid off my estimator and it took forever to get someone else. The receptionist said she’d ask someone when they got back from lunch and I never heard from anyone. I went to pick up my car and my estimate was 2,300 and the total ended up being almost 4,000. No one ever called me or updated me
