David and Roxy made a bad situation much better. Very professional. David kept me updated about my car and repair needed plus worked to get my car back to me in a timely fashion. My car looked really good. And they even washed it. I would totally choose this group again. Hope I don’t have any more wrecks with uninsured drivers though!!!!

I am satisfied thus far. However, I cannot rate effectively until the final repairs are complete. My car is still with Thompson today (9/6/24) after returning it to Thompson 9/4/24. I can complete rating after I get my car back. I am surprised to receive this survey prior to completion of the work. I can adjust my rating to “Quality of Repairs/5” and the final question once all repairs are complete. Finally, I (Mary Freeman, am car owner and the person dealing with Thompson vs. my husband (Ernest “Jack” Freeman) to whom the survey is addressed.

David gave a prompt and accurate estimate of the work to be done on my Tahoe and followed thru with it. He kept the cost down to only the essential work needed. Roxy was always friendly and efficient. The entire experience was very positive and I will highly recommend Thompson Collsion.
