The repair work is perfect but the communication during the process is a major problem that needs to be addressed

Virtually no communication during the process. Left messages day after day with no return call. Sometimes messages were left 3 or 4 times a day....still no call back. I had some issues and needed to speak with them. The lady at the front desk is fine but the estimator who was supposed to be my contact just could not be reached.
