This is 3rd time ive used three c in a couple years.

Body work was satisfactory but never had windshield replaced. Insurance said they processed and communicated authorization to three c. No one from three c tried to contact me to check and no communication just didn't have windshield done. I asked that it be done while my car was sitting there for a long time. Now I have to go out of my way to get it done myself.

They still need to fix the trim on the passenger side over the headlight and straighten the bumper to make the lines match the hood. Plus, they didn't remove all the codes/ lights on the dash so I STILL have to take it to the dealership.

3 C Body shop did an excellent job on the repair. Also had the car cleaned up so nicely when I came to pick it up. Would like to know what they used to get the windshield so clean. I can never get the windshield that crystal clear.

Frustrated with no updates on schedules, delays. I had another repair there prior to transfer of ownership and the experience was amazingly good
